Before real estate, I built a career in Corporate HR — coaching employees, resolving conflicts. In 2019 I walked away from a comfortable job with benefits, a matching 401(k), and predictable paychecks to sell houses for a living. “Confidence doesn’t come before the risk — it’s built while you’re falling.”
